Before i used to have a different page and now its changed all of a sudden. I noticed its to do with only few customers and paypal say the issue is related to cookies. The reply from them is after my question. My question is accoring to their email, how do i delete cookies and sessions related to particular as if they login in the first time in terms of loading of the pages????
Email from paypal:-
Thank you for contacting PayPal Merchant Technical Support.
PayPal has 2 different types of checkout screens but all of them does have the option for the customer make their payment with their card if they don't have an account.
The checkout page you are referring to is determined by cookies. You may clear your cookies and cache to view the same page your
first time customers will see.
In other words, first time customer when visits the Checkout page and pays by PayPal account, this information is stored in created cookie
(information that the user is PayPal account holder), so then the next time when he visits the PayPal checkout page he will see clearly the option "Log in to PayPal".
However customer can see also "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here", this is the option for paying by Credit Card/Debit Card.
How to delete cookies:
If you are using Internet Explorer, just click on 'Tools' > 'Internet Options...' > button 'Delete Cookies...'
After that try your payment solution again and you should see already a different checkout page.
