Thinking I was being clever by deleting the user called "admin", and making another admin called something unguessable, I then tried to upgrade one site to 1.3.5
Bzzzt! Won't work! I had to go and make the admin user again :)
Just as a thought, it might be an idea to let ANY admin upgrade?

Any valid Admin login and password works ...
