Cant transfer .htaccess

Please help me.....when i transfer files via FTP....all files are transfered....but NOT .htaccess....Probably because of the dot in the begining.....how do you solve this??????? please help!!!!!!!!!! I´m using flashFXP

Sometimes .htacess files are transferred, but you cannot see them via an ftp programme..

I doubt it.........Because when i try to install it.....it says:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '/' in /home/vhosts/neonille.275mb.com/Store/zc_install/includes/modules/pages/inspect/header_php.php on line 391"

Try a different ftp prog
