Thank you guys. I am new to the forum. Just installed Auto fill today. I keep getting the following error from the USPS website: Internal Error : We've experienced an unexpected condition.
Error Tracking Number : 1208874192926
Tried Linksys fix, which did not work for us. I have over 1000 orders to ship so any help would be great.

you are sure you have no email address in the "Return: Tracking Email" and the "Return: Tracking Notify via Email (checkbox)" set to true? Based on what Linksys found, you have to fool the form by forcing an error condition. So telling the form you want to be notified but giving an invalid email is a good error scenario.
What I do is set my Return: Tracking Email to "myemail\@mymail.com"
and set the checkbox to true
then when the form loads, i just delete the '\' in front of the @

I found that using a letter for the weight instead of a number worked best for us, being we always change the weight anyway. That way I could leave the email alone.

Well just to add some fuel to the discussion I have been looking at the possibility of upgrading this mod to use XML APIs. That is when I learned how crazy the USPS restrictions are. We use the USPS shipping module like everyone else to get shipping quotes. We registered with USPS to do this and have an ID. If you want to use the DeliveryConfirmationLabel3.0 API you have to go back to them and request ADDITIONAL PERMISSION. Quick process but required. Be advised. I'll let you know if I have any success. If I can get the USPS one working it shouldn't be hard to include Fedex and UPS. Yeah, right!![]()

Utterly simple fix for the USPS form problem (no software hacks)...
Go to the Configuration menu for USPS Autofill.
Set Delivery: Default Shipping from Same ZipCode (Radio Button) to "other"
Set Delivery: Default Shipping from Other ZipCode (If Radio Button set to Other) to BLANK.
then when the form shows an error condition, just click the "Same as return address from above" radio button (or enter a proper zip code) and you are good to go.![]()
