On the ZenCart page "Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information"
under Payment Method,
how do I remove, turn-off, or comment-out, the Credit card option and the Check/Money Order option?

use your broswer, go to your zen carts admin
hit the link that says modules -> payment and turn em offZen cart PCI compliant Hosting
