SEFU on version 1.3.5

I've just done an upgrade from 1.2.7 to 1.3.5 and i can't get url rewrite any more. I have noticed that i now have settings for seo urls in both configuration-my store, and in configuration seo-urls. Which of these am i supposed to use?? I've tried both and i can only get the home page with either set on, and the url in the browser bar isn't even in the re-written format.

Have i got to re install a sefu mod, of is it integrated into this latest incarnation of Zen??

I need to get this issue resolved asap, as all my google links are sefu re-written, and now go to a 404 page from my host as the url effectively doesn't exist.

Bad news. As far as I now the Tim Kroeger SEFU mod is not compatible with zencart 1.3. At least, I have heard several members talk about wanting it for 1.3
