I Need Help, Login Problems

Hello,

I had everything installed on my server. I configured everything for my shopping cart and I went to a section, i forget where but it had asked if i want to make changes and I clicked on it Here's the original (home/users/web/b1432/pow.mellow/htdocs//cache) of what it was. I saw that it didn't have my domain name inside so I switched to home/users/web/b1432/mellowgirlshoes.com/htdocs//cache and then i clicked update. When I did that it asked me for my password. I tried to log in and my password wasn't working. i request for a new one and put the new in and it still didn't work. I got frustrated and uninstalled everything to start over again even all the FTP files.

I reloaded all the files again and installed it, and now I'm getting this message

I have no idea what happen I had everything up. Now there nothing.

I believe you should have left well enough alone, adding your domain in there would be wrong as the domain points to htdocs folder already. I would change it back to what you had originally. I also think that the double "//" is wrong it should be a single slash "htdocs/cache"

Thanks for responding but i already erased the shopping cart, and started again and now I'm seeing this message

It looks as if the directory your trying to call up is empty. Do you have a url?

ok I tried all combinations of "www.mellowgirlshoes.com/?????" to try and find your cart.
your cart should be installed in the htdocs folder or in a sub directory of htdocs (i.e. "www.mellowgirlshoes.com/cart/")

edit:oh, missed your last post.......use your ftp program and see where you put the cart cause it apparently isn't where you think you put it.

I was wondering if I uninstalled the cart, do I have to upload all those files again?

I would, just to make sure everything is clean and neat. Best to go slow and keep your notebook next to you.

I have my shopping cart up now, but I can't log in to my admin. I don't even see the page to log in.
