Search Without Keyword

Hi,

How can I make it so that the user does not have to specify a keyword for a search?

E.g. under advanced search, if the user selects a manufacturer and clicks search with no keyword, all the products for that manufacturer are returned.

Or if the user selects a maximum price, then all products under that price are returned without having to specify a keyword.

At the moment, the message "There is no product that matches the search criteria." is returned.

What version are you using? It works if you fill at least one of the fields (not dropdowns).

For manufacturers...use the manufacturers box.

This works in v1.3.5 ... pick a price range, manufacturer and no keyword ... I cannot reproduce any errors ...

I am using version 1.3.0.2. I will do an upgrade and then test this out.

I've disabled this by editing the following file:

includes/modules/pages/advanced_search_result/header_php.php

and deleting/commenting out the lines 23-31 (if ... else condition) and the closing bracket (line 119)
