Special Sidebox Not Showing In Cart

Some odd reason the special sidebox will not show up.

Is there a permission somehwere I am missing?

duh, stupid question with simple answer.

Did you perhaps forget to add a special?

Or perhaps forget to turn on the sidebox?

turned on but forgot no special was activated.

I have been workin on this one site for 3 days and some how half the stuff I know and learned just went through the head and splatted on the desk.

Not enough coffee and candlelight I guess
