I've created a new coupon for employees' use when purchasing products within our own store. It's set as 20% off and free shipping. When I tried to use it, I noticed that it only removed shipping charges and not the 20%. Is this function exclusive for a discount or free shipping only, but not both? I tried to create a free shipping coupon but it appears that I can only apply one coupon to each purchase. Is there a way to solve this? I'm new to Zen Cart and e-commerce as a whole, so an simplified explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance to anyone that may know the solution to this.

Sorry- but coupons can only be Free Shipping OR a discount, not both.
If your employees always get 20% off, you could add them to a Discount Group and then give them a coupon for free shipping.
