How to set 3 shipping zone prices for each item?

Hello,

I would like to have three different shipping prices per item according to shipping zone. Those would be the price within the UK, to Europe and to the rest of the world i.e. zone 1, 2 and 3.

When I list a product I get one shipping box where I enter the UK postage. I've got the Per Product Rate and Zone Rates modules and have added all of the ISO country codes into each shipping zone but I can't find where to add the zone 2 and zone 3 prices on the product listing form.

Please help

In v1.3.5 ... you can now have Zones by Price, Weight or Items ...
