Not quite sure what's going on, but I had switched hosts and had transferred everything, upped the SQL file, and now when I go to my domain I'm redirected to the zc_install folder. I had deleted it for security of course, so I get a 404 error.
What should I be doing? I had followed the FAQ to the letter I thought.

did you remember to change the actual server paths in the configure.php files

Ah, it looks like the /includes/configure.php actually was missing.
