My Zen Cart site is going to be mostly maintained and run by me, but the actual owners of the business will be the ones processing the orders. Because of that, I need to write up some documentation of the steps necessary to process an order. Before I start doing this, I really was just wondering if someone in a similar situation already has and would be willing to share?
