    Authorize.net AIM killing me!!! Help?

    Hi all,

We have been using zen cart since Jan-ish with the authorize.net AIM module without any problems whatsoever.

One the 6th of Sept, 06 our servers crashed. No orders have come since then.

We keep getting the same error message EVERYTIME:

"Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance."

We've read some of the forums such as:

    0 - http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29135
    0 - http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth....net+%28api%29

et cetra, and tried what was suggested without any success. Authorize.net says it is our side; they are not getting any info whatsoever.

    This is killing me! Arrrgghhhh.....

Any ideas? I am at the point where if someone wants a few extra buck, I am happy to pay! Hope you take credit cards... LOL Because we sure as heck can't right now... ha ha

    Help?

    Ok,
when the server crashed how old was the backup that was installed?

try uninstalling and re-installing the authnet mod in your admin

and ask your host if they have made any other changes since the crash,
forgot to turn something on, cURL
    or maybe closed outgoing ports
    Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting

    Thanks man...

We did a full restore (five or six times to previous dates that had previously worked). Uninstalled the mod, reinstalled it. Got new codes. Did a fresh install. New codes. Etc.

CHecking on cURL now. What ports might have been closed?

If you want stats, just let me know what... php, etc?

I am having the EXACT same problem. It seems like the Authorize.net module is breaking and automatically redirecting back to the payment page without ever sending any info out.

    Here's my post - http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46306

I have never used Zen cart before this install. I have a live osCommerce store that uses Authorize.net AIM and it works great. We process dozens of transactions daily without a hitch.

The problem appears to be with the server. We know that the module works out of the box for most people, so it shouldn't be a module problem. I know that Auth.net AIM works because I have a store running it that works.

Here are my basic server stats - maybe you can post yours so we can compare?
