Cannot create new user accounts

Can anybody help with this

When a customer tries to create a new account they get the error "Please try again. Our system requires at least 3 characters" even though all the fields are completed.

This seems to have just started happening for no reason but settings may have been changed in the admin without my knowledge

An URL might help to see what may be happening ...

In the Customer Details do you have something set to 3?

I dont know why but the problem seems to have resolver itself overnight it may have been the server
