Is it possible to set up the flat rate so that it figures the shipping cost at 10% of the customers total purchase cost? If it can't be done with the flat rate, how can I set up my shipping (ground) so it does that?
Also, I need to offer rush shipping as a percentage of the total customer purchase cost. Is this possible?

There is an add-on for a Shipping Module for percentage if I am not mistaken ...
