I see on the page that states "Step 2 0f 3 Payment Information" that there is a place where a customer can add "Special Instructions or Order Comments", and those "Special Instructions or Order Comments" show up on the next page titled "Step 3 of 3 Order Confirmation".

My questions is where/how can I, the store owner add Special Instructions that will show up on the Step 3 of 3 Order Conformation Page?

I want to state something like, "if you don't want to open up a Paypal account, look for and click on the (very small line) on the next page that states "Don't have a Paypal account? Click Here" to continue with your checkout"

Because that line that Paypal has there, isn't very big. I'd prefer to enlarge that line, but I suspect I can't because it's on a Paypal page, right?

So, where/how can I, the store owner add Special Instructions that will show up on the Step 3 of 3 Order Conformation Page?
