PayPal Initial Screen - Question

When ever a customer places an order they are presented with the following Screeen ( see Link)

The customer does have the option of paying by Credit Card by selecting the link on the screen : "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here "

I feel this is misleading and the customer may be thinking that they are being prompted to create a paypal account.


of course if you select the link you are presented with the following (see Link):

I would prefer to have that page come up initially as it presents both options of payment clearly. Does anyone know if it is possible to make that screen the initial page for PayPal?

NO, you cant,
Zen cart can only send you to where pay pal says.
and thats what you get,
