Larger Image Popup Not Working

When I click on any "larger image" link on the Product Info page, I get a popup of my home page, not of the image. I think it's because the code generates a GET reference to a non-existent image id number. Whether this is a correct assumption or not, would someone please help me fix this problem? Many thanks in advance.
