    Default Re: 'Product Name Array' Displaying In Last Step of Checkout

    If I knew how to do a screen shot, I'd be glad to show you what it looks like.
    The word Test isn't even lined up under "Item Name". It's over to the left.

    Shopping Cart Contents

    Qty. Item Name Total
    1 x test Array $2.00

    WooHoo...I figured out how to do the screen shot!

    I added another product to the cart too so you could see how it looks.
    The 'Array' doesn't show in just the Shopping Cart, it only shows up after you start going through checkout and you get to Step 3 - Order Confirmation.

    Here's the shot: http://candletart.com/ScreenShot.gif

    The second product is the "Country Snowman Gingham Wax Tart Gift Bag".

    /includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/templates/tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php
    around line 132, you have:
    Code:
              <td  class="cartQuantity"><?php echo $order->products[$i]['qty']; ?>&nbsp;x</td>
              <td class="cartProductDisplay"><?php echo $order->products[$i]['name']; ?>
              <?php  echo $stock_check[$i]; ?>
    On your custom template files, does that last line say $stock_check or $stock_check[$i] ?

    And adding to that, is your "test" product out-of-stock ?

    Is this it?

    Code:
            <tr class="<?php echo $product['rowClass']; ?>">
              <td  class="cartQuantity"><?php echo $order->products[$i]['qty']; ?>&nbsp;x</td>
              <td class="cartProductDisplay"><?php echo $order->products[$i]['name']; ?>
              <?php  echo $stock_check; ?>
    It just says $stock_check;

    And adding to that, is your "test" product out-of-stock ?
    No. There are 15 in stock. I was prepared for several 'tests'.

    Change it to $stock_check[$i]

    That was a bug until v1.3.0.2. In v1.3.5 it was fixed to use the [$i] part. Perhaps you have missed some upgrades to customizations?

    I probably did miss the upgrade on that. I modified/created the basic sage template I'm using in 1.3.0 and then copied it over to the 1.3.5 cart.

    I really appreciate you tracking this down for me!!

    Remember ... never trust a template designed for another version. Always do a careful comparison to ensure it's upgraded to the version you're using on your site.

    DrByte & Boggled,

    Sorry, I would have contributed to this thread but I just got home (a new hockey season started tonight!). Any idea what particular mod turned out to the problem?

    Thanks so much to the both of you for figuring this out!

    Cheers,

    Colin
