    i have read that but im having difficulty with steps 1 and 2.

    1. Unzip and upload all files to your store directory (change YOURTEMPLATE to your template directory);

    I'm unsure which folder to upload these files to i uploaded them to my store folder is this correct? the template is a few sub folders down so will the file be in the correct location?

    2. Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches and install googlefroogle.sql;

    On my attempt to upload the files i then went and followed the above, but i don't know how to run the command there aren't any updates in the list.

    Sorry for all the questions, i'm not sure where else to find this information? my hosting company provided my shop and support but can't help me with this.

    I'm afraid it's a case of help yourself by searching or sit back and patiently wait for somebody to come along and help you.

    You'll need to do some homework by reading through the WIKI here or searching these forums before you'll really understand how ZC works. It doesn't come easily and if it appears that you have tried everything and are still failing you are more likely to get help.

    Rename the classic folder (\includes\templates\classic) so that it matches the name of YOUR template folder. If you are unsure of what this means there are numerous threads or have a look at the WIKI

    Upload the files to the same folder your ZC is in keeping the same structure. If you look at your store you'll notice you already have an includes folder etc.

    It is stated on the other thread but googlefroogle.sql is a typo it should be googleanalytics.sql

    i've uploaded the you code to... includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/html_header.php.

    i now get the following message on analytics

    Analytics has been successfully installed and data is now being gathered

    do i need to do anything else? i've just been reading another thread about a ssl security window pop up, not sure how i can check if i will be affected by this.

    I've installed the google analytics mod, but can't see that any code is being inserted in my pages, and testing it on the google analytics site says that the code has not been inserted. jscript_google_analytics.php is installed in the js directory of my custom template directory.

    I've read all the threads, and may be missing something obvious, but would appreciate a fresh set of eyes. The site is www.photoimprints.com.
    Thank you

    1. You don't copy jscript_google_analytics.php to your template directory.
    OR
    2. You use zen-cart 1.2.x
    OR
    3. You use template with html_header, that does not support jscript_*.php

    Thanks for your reply, but frankly I don't understand what you are saying.

    1. Do you mean 'don't' as in you shouldn't, or 'don't' as in you aren't.
    2. I am on 1.3.02 and not considering going backwards.
    3. I don't know what this means.

    I need a solution oriented response, if possible, and I know enough to make changes and install mods, but I am not a proficient coder yet.
    Thank you
