multiple shipping methods

I need to find a way to establish multiple shipping methods for products.

For example, I have one product that needs to go flat rate. I have another product for which shipping charges should be calculated based on quantity (1-9=$5, 10-15=$10, etc).

Is there any way to do this?

Not sure of your product construct...but judicious use of the table rates can usually acheive many desired results, Can be table based on total price, total weight, or total count.
