    Default Dropdown menu for sizes

Hey Guys, i'm really new to ZenCart so this seems like a really basic question. How do I create a dropdown menu with several sizes, that change the price. Say I want to sell a small for only $40, a medium for $50, and a large for $60, how would I go abouts setting that up?

    THANK YOU!!!!

Your first setup an attribute "Name" then setup attribute "values" linked to a name.

Once this is done the attribute controller can assign these attributes to a product and you can price totally by attributes, or by base price + additional, and other combinations.

Yes, perfect. Now how do I get to add 3 options in 1 dropdown? It wants to make each one seperate. Instructions would be great!

Did you link the values to the name as Kobra suggested? It sounds as though you created
three names and three values. In Catalog->Option Value, be sure you're selecting the same Option Name (left hand side dropdown box) when you're adding your three Option Values (right hand side text box).

    Good luck,

Sorry, i'm a newbie at this. So Here is what i've done:
Under the options name manager -
I've selected DropDown type, and i've created 3 dropdowns, Small, Medium, Large.
Now what do I do to get it displayed in the members purchasing area? Also, how do I define prices per each drop down (example Small - $20) (Medium $30)?
I'm a real newbie so detailed instructions are fantastic.
    Thanks1

Detailed instructions have been written often before - I recommend you try searching for "attributes" and posts by ajeh for some of the best.

Jolly, so far so good, except I have it selected as dropdown but its showing selection thing. Example here: http://www.bevidembroidery.com/index...&products_id=1

Also, I want all 3 dropdowns under 1 dropdown if that makes sense.
    Any help?
    Thanks!

You sort of have the idea ...

You want to make an Option Name, for example: Size

That you set to either Radiobutton or Dropdown on the Option Type ...

Then ... on the Option Names you create:
    Option Name: Size
Option Value: Small (you can add in the size detail if needed)
    Option Sort Order: 10

    Option Name: Size
Option Value: Medium (you can add in the size detail if needed)
    Option Sort Order: 20

    Option Name: Size
Option Value: Large (you can add in the size detail if needed)
    Option Sort Order: 30

Now on the Product you add the Attributes:
    Option Name: Size
    Option Value: Small [Size]
    the price etc.

    Then add the next one:
    Option Name: Size
    Option Value: Medium [Size]
    the price etc.

    Option Name: Size
    Option Value: Large [Size]
    the price etc.

Next, hit the Update sort order at the top and it will apply the default sort orders ...

Now you will have the Product show with the choice of either Small, Medimum or Large ...
