Problem with PayPal

Hi,

In my shopping Cart after Order process our cart is redirected to Paypal, after processing the order it is not redirected to our Cart.

is anything we have to specify the return URL in Paypal by us.?

it need to be turned on in paypal,
there are complete instructions in the wiki
