Can you create banners that are just static , e.g not having the possibility to click on them ?
Using Zen Cart 1.2.6 and we just would like to add a note about no shipping charges this month

Not sure about 1.2.6, but in 1.3+ if you don't give a banner a link when you define it, then it's not clickable.
