Do you have SSL Installed?
If not and you are wanting your customers to believe that you do, you have 2 problems, for one the ssl lock will not show in the page down in the corner.
secondly you would be acting as you do have ssl and then your clients come vulnarable to phishing attacks and theft idenity, then that makes you guilty as if you were the phisher.
Even using paypal you cannot say your website is secured, you would have to say "Secured With Paypal Checkout" or something in that manner, in a small banner etc.
if you have ssl then congradulations, you can turn it on through the config files in admin and the includes folder.
My family was a victim of phishing, I pretty much take it as a sensitive area in the gene.
admin/includes/configure.php
includes/configure.php
these are the two locations if you have ssl installed.
