Where is the domain path referenced

I set up a client site and ZenCart under my development domain name and just switched the site over to the permanent domain name. I've searched all the files to replace the development domain name with the permanent domain name but all of the zencart links still point to the development domain. Where does Zen-Cart get the domain when it builds a path?

I was changing the right files but I didn't realize that the includes/configure.php was read-only. It only changed in my local copy but never replaced the file out on the server. It was driving me crazy.
