Remove text from above the browser bar?

Above, what I consider to be the browser bar, at the very top of the browsed page, when I'm viewing my main catalog page, I see:

Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce - Microsoft Internet Explorer.

How/where can I change that from:

Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce - Microsoft Internet Explorer
to
Mywebsite Name.com - Microsoft Internet Explorer
