Add Reviews Manually

We have been receiving emails where clients have been praising our products.

Is there anyway that I can go into Zen-Cart and manually add these anonymous reviews to our products?

When our client writen a review, it is failure.

it comes an error said that
" You did not enter the validation code correctly. Please, try again."

What happened? URGENT HELP!!!

Couldn't you do something tricky like create a 'dummy' account with a firstname of "***" and a last name of "Anonymous"?

You could login to that account and cut/paste the comments from the e-mail you've received; the name of the review-writer would be shown as "*** Anonymous".
