Nav Cat Tabs Wrapper

Hi everyone, I would like to find out how to turn off the above and the nav supp wrapper. I tried commenting them out in the style sheet but of course that just leaves empty space. There is navBreadCrumb just below NavCatTabsWrapper and I thought that this was overkill as far as navigation goes. Thanks

that can be turned off from admin > configuration section .. im not sure where that is as i have no more zencart on my system ..

Got it, Configuration>Layout Settings> down the bottom Categories Tabs Menu ON/OFF. Thanks
