Error recieved when there is only 1 product in catagory

Hi,
Im recieving an error when i have only 1 Product in a catagory.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/public_html/includes/languages/english/index.php:117) in /home/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 41

When there are no products - its fine
When there are 2 or more products - its fine

Any ideas???

Sorry, I forgot to mention this error is recieved when you click on a catagory link in the catagories sidebox from the home page.

A search for headers already sent in the search box above produced this:
