Banners dont show?!

In the Banner Manager, you assign the Banner to a Banner Group ... this name can be anything ...

If you do not see a Banner Group name in the dropdown, or want to create a new one, just enter it into the Input box and once added, it will appear in the dropdown the next time you add/edit a Banner ...

Then, in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ... you set the Banner Group name that you used to 1 or more of the Banner Positions ...

A Banner Position can hold as many Banner Groups as you want to add ...

Now, the Banner Position will select Banners from the Banner Group(s) for display ...

ajeh, thanks. that all makes sense. what doesn't make sense is when i activate the image banner in the same WideBanners group I'm using for ads at the bottom of my page, the image never shows up. the html ad will show up sometimes, but often there's a blank spot at the bottom. i've uploaded the image a zillion times. i've enabled the image ad for now if you are so inclined to look at it. thank you.

If you edit the Banner in the Banner manager ... what does the line, plus the input box read for the Image: on that one?

The problem is your image is in:
/images

But the Banner Manager is set to look in:
/store/images

Try to reset the banner for /images

This could be due to your running the Catalog as:
store.inspiritcommon.com

Check your two files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

and see if your domain and paths are setup the same way ...

Are your URLs setup as store.domain.com or as domain.com in the configure.php files?
