    Default The dreaded 1064 ...help

    ZC/135

    I'm running into this error after clicking links int he sideboxes for music genre and manufacturers...

    Could someone just give a nudge in the right direction - that may be all it takes for me to resolve this.

    thanks Ajeh, but the phpMyAdmin provides this error upon executing the patch:

    Error

    SQL query:

    ALTER TABLE get_terms_to_filter ADD get_term_table varchar( 64 ) NOT NULL ;

    MySQL said: Documentation
    #1146 - Table 'MYdatabasename.get_terms_to_filter' doesn't exist
    I know it's something I must have done...just need to track it down now.

    Well this is bizarre - anyone ?

    the phpMyAdmin error mess. is gone - yes!

    BUT - REPEATING fresh installs, same 'ol database but these sidebox searches: music genre search and manufacturer search: I've repeated this a few times now - b'gosh...darn! I keep this error mess though the demo store is fine - what could have changed about importing the DBase, not the server either AFIK -

    - well shucks, another obvious fix.

    The SQL patch obviously needed my table prefix added. A true-brain-dead-fool when it comes to databases; I fear them so much I have trouble opening my eyes to look them in the face - they're really not so ugly after all.

    cheers
