    customers can't login

When a customer inputs the correct details to log in, it redirects them to the carts homepage and nothing else. The home page hasn't changed from when noone is logged in. You can't view your cart, or anything. When you shop as a visitorand attempt to login later, it returns you to the merge login page. On the admin it's saying the person has logged in but there aren't any changes to the shop front to acknowlegde this.

If you need to see the site: http://www.petpromises.co.uk/zencart/index.php

Does anyone know how to rectify this? I can't find any posts or documentation on the problem.

You are setup for UK by default but have no zones defined and have the dropdown turned on ...

Try turning off the dropdown or define the zones for the UK

It didn't help alter the consequences of logging in though... the cart still doesn't acknowledge that a person has logged in.

Yeah i had the same problem but it only occured in Internet Explorer and not in Firefox.

By setting the recreate session to false in admin > configuration sorted the problem.
