Trying to get an understanding of the discount logic.

I have three products
Product A - id1
Product B - id2 price £10
Product C - id3 price £20

If I have the following config:

$this->add_prod_to_prod(1,2,"%", 50);
$this->add_prod_to_prod(1,3,"%", 50);

I notice currently that only one discount is applied and the one that gives the least discount is applied.
Is this anything that can be configured to be different?

No. Once an item has been "used" to provide a discount (or discounted), it is not available to provide other discounts. Discounts are applied (second parameter) from the least to the most expensive items, and items are used (first parameter) from most to least expensive.

Thanks for the 1.3 update. Just installed on Zen Cart 1.37 and works great. The ability to display the "reverse" discount on the 'other' product is very nice.

Still would like to be able to set up the following scenarios:

Buy product A and product B then get 50% off product C.
-and-
Buy product A and product B then product C for free.

I'm certain this is 'custom' code so I will PM you ;-)

Thanks again for the BT 1.3 mod update. I highly highly recommended it.

Glad you like it. I will give your "threeway" idea more consideration. It's a good idea - I'm just worried people will be overwhelmed by the number of permutations.
