Errors immediately after install

Hello,

I've now installed ZenCart three separate times, and all three have given errors immediately after install. (This happened with the older version as well as the new, patched version.) Can anyone help me?

Here is the content of the errors:

Try a different FTP program, you are not getting all of the files uploaded.
