here you can see they have a per bottle price and a case of 12 price with a qty box for each and one add to cart button. I need to duplicate this functionallity somehow. Is there an easy way to do it?

Hmmm.... use (native) Quantity Discounts (through Products Price Manager) to get the discounted case price; create a new buy button that adds 12 at a time. Because of PPM/QD you'll be protected
against idiots who add a case and then take out 11 bottles hoping to get the case price per bottle. Something like this should work.

I think the simplest way is to use the "attributes" (bottle - case) with proper price and weight for shipping.
