tm000 template help

I try to use this template tm000 which comes with zencart and I get this error:

template tm000 is a template monster template and NOT part of zen cart,
where did you get the copy of zen cart?

this template is for zen 1.2
it will appear that you are usign 1.3

I would let them know that the copyrighted ( template monster )template that they provided you with is old, and ask then to provide you with a current one
