I'm having problems with this contrib too (using ZC 1.3.5). Thanks 7inter for sharing your sollution for adding status entries in the database (http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...97#post268297).

Since I've been removing and adding languages in an early stage I seem to have language ID's different from 1 and 2. Adding Link Manager has become problematic with that.

I have not encoutered your number 2 issue yet so I can't help you out there. I do have the menu issue you mentioned as number 3 but have been trying to solve number 1 first.
Deinstalling now because it has become a little time consuming to get it to work.

knuckle-101, would it be possible to take the language specific settings out of the database and move them over to PHP language files? This would also take care of any database changes when adding languages later on.

I am looking into all problems, however be patient with me due to my everyday job, I am limited on what i can do at a time. But I have not ignored the posts.

I will look into the situation and try to remedy the problems asap.

Hi knuckle-101, can you give us some indication of the progress you might have made? Planning to go live next week and it would be so nice to have your contrib included. (Not meaning to be impatient but still.... ;-)

Hi, I have installed this mod, but under Admin-Configuration-Links Manager, there is nothing there. There are the headings Title, Value, and Action, but then it's blank below that

Also, is this how links are supposed to look: http://www.babyplanetboutique.com/links.html?lPath=2. It doesn't show the website name or a link or anything!!! What did I do wrong? I've reinstalled the mod several times and nothing changes

    Thanks!

OK, I finally got it working how it should be, well I thought I did ;)

Now, in my admin, when I click on check link, it gives this error:

Warning: file() [function.file]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /home/baby/public_html/admin/links.php on line 618

Warning: file(http://http://www.hotwebideas.com/as/partners.asp) [function.file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/baby/public_html/admin/links.php on line 618
I tried changing the permissions on admin/links.php and admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/links_manager.php, but that didn't fix it

    Anyone else had this?

    Thanks!

Ugh, nevermind, it was because everyone was entering an http:// at the beginning of the URL, because the links manager page tells them to, but it adds one automatically, so each url was starting with http://http:// lol
