lost background image for top header bar

i have been editing my template and now i cannot get my background image to dispay dfor the top header bar (the 1 with home and log in on it)
anyone know how i can get it back or tell me what file/s i should be looking at???

look in your /includes/templates/hipctech_lite/images/ > fp;der for this file header_bg.gif...first see if it is there, second; transfer it to your PC and see what the image displays as.
It appears to be loading this image but there is no pic with it.
This entry in your stylesheet.css call it:

TABLE.header {
  background: #ffffff url(../images/header_bg.gif) no-repeat;
  width: 95% !important;
  text-align : center;
}
