    Default Customers not receiving lost password e-mail

    I have two customers (at least) that have forgotten their passwords and clicked to have the password sent to them.

    They have not received the e-mail from the system.

    Please make a test user yourself and try this. If this doesnt works for you too, something is wrong with the send password functionality

    It worked for me...but there are a couple of customers that I know of for sure that it didn't work.

    1. Is it that their email address has special characters like apostrphe in it?
    2. Are they getting any errors at their end?
    3. It is quite possible that the emails to this customer are getting in their spam folder? Did you check with them for this?
