I have two customers (at least) that have forgotten their passwords and clicked to have the password sent to them.
They have not received the e-mail from the system.

It worked for me...but there are a couple of customers that I know of for sure that it didn't work.
1. Is it that their email address has special characters like apostrphe in it?Originally Posted by stevehare

3. It is quite possible that the emails to this customer are getting in their spam folder? Did you check with them for this?
