The e-mail options for your store can be set in Admin->Configuration->E-mail Options. Has anyone recently changed those settings?
Are you receiving any e-mails from the shop. For example, if you create an user account for yourself, do you get the welcome e-mail? You can also test by using Admin->Tools->Send E-mail
Is the receiving e-mail server SPAM filtering e-mails sent from your web server?
this is also happening to me.
I can recieve e-mails fine when they are sent to me from Outlook, or Webmail, but not when they are sent from zencart.
The address is the same i.e.: admin*MYSTORE.com

Have you modified any e-mail settings in the admin section mentioned in my previous post? If so, what changes have you tried? How are you testing?
Note: When sending e-mails using Outlook or Webmail, you may be bouncing mail off a different server than the server hosting your web site. Do a reverse lookup on your SMTP server entry in Outlook. Another way you can try to verify this yourself by parsing the internet mail headers from mail you send with Outlook/Webmail. Look for the IP addresses and see if it matches your domain's IP. (You can also ask your host.)
