Redirect after payment via paypal

After my customers complete a transaction they need to be directed to an upload page. Do I need to come back to zencart once the payment is made in paypal or can I just go ahead and redirect paypal to my upload page without returning to zencart without causig a problem.

If I have to return to zencart how do I redirect the client to the upload page.

I would tend to think that you wiil ahve to return to the cart as the exact file upload link will change with each purchase and not be the same for all transactions. If returned to the transaction process page as desired, then the Zencart fuctions for directing to the download links can be utilized

Actually the upload page will remain the same the only way it can be accessed would be from the redirect from paypal but I don't have a problem using the zencart redirect. Where might I find that info?

Unless you have only one product the link and authorization to download and the # of allowable downloads is a controllable feature of ZenCart for virtual products.

You do not actually need to find this information as it is part of the setup of a product that can be downloaded in the admin > catalog > categories&products > setup pages. Try creating one and see the resulting controls and actions.

This is not a download Page but rather an upload page so that client can up load an image file. I located the define_checkout_success.php file and made modifications to it to include a button to redirect to the upload page now I'm trying to figure out how to test it to make sure it works.
