Help Needed-Dividers in Categories Box

Hi

can someone help help me with this

i would like to include dividers(sub categories) in my category side box
i'm using the current version of zencart

here is a site to show what i mean
it's the side box named shop on the left hand side
http://www.spankthemachine.com/zencart/index.php

it looks something like this

Shop(Main Category)
---------
Shop By Thread

------------------
Shop By Slogan

------------------
Shop By Show Case


i would like to use a similar format for my category box

any help will be very much appreciated
