How to change text in Qty. Discount Box?

Onsce again i need an idea where to start. I am trying ot change the text in the Qty. Discount box. Specifically I would like to change "qty discounts off price to "qty. Discounts" I've look at products_quantity_discounts but not sure what to do there or if that is even the right file.

Did you try using your friend the Tools ... Developer's Tool Kit ... in your Admin?

Type in the bottom input box:
qty discounts off price

Select Catalog ...

Click Search ...

This will hunt through all of your php files to locate what you type ...

Try searching for:
the

Pick Catalog/Admin

Click Search ...

Match Lines found: 4319 ...

I had no idea developers tool kit did that. This is by far the coolest tool to use. Why didn't you tell me about this before?...lol.
