Electronic invoices

Hi,

We recently had a case of fraud and illegal downloads made from our store. We have contacted the police and they are pursuing charges against the person who did this. They need a copy of all the invoices that pertain to this. Is it possible to forward an email to them of each invoice or do I need to print them out and physically send them?

well printing them and sending them is one way....

the other way would be to get a copy of email archive viewer, which will show you all the emails that you have sent, including those of the order invoices.(if you have loging of emails enabled on your site) from there you can select the email, and copy the text, and email to another address.

im sure that the best method would be to print them out and have a hard copy of the evidence to send them. however if you want to email its possable.
