I had a customer call me today about her password. She could not remember it so she clicked on the Forgot your password? link. She put in her email address and it said that her password was emailed. Unfortunately, the email never shows up. She has repeated these steps several times and still nothing.
I decided to do this with my own account and I too cannot get into my own "customer" account. I was not sent an email and cant figure out how to fix her (and now my) problem.
Any suggestions?
