I assume that in order to offer USPS shipping on my site & have it automatically calculated based on weight I have to sign up for a Web Tools account. Correct?
If that is correct then once I do that and have it working in ZC can I do the following:
I would like to give customer the choice between First Class mail & Priority Shipping regardless of product weight.
But I would like to offer only Priority Shipping if the weight exceeds 15 ounces.
Is this possible?

Last I knew you needed to set up an account.
The cutoff for FC mail is 13 oz. When the info is submitted to USPS if it is over 13 oz a first class rate will not be returned.
