Linkpoint Connection Settings

I have been lurking on these forums for sometime and zencart is really great as are the people that respond. I have found answers to most of my problems but now I am stumped and it is likely something simple. I am a newbie and not technical so that says alot for this forum. (I cURL beer cans)

I just upgraded from zencart 1.2.6 to 1.3.5 it took a few days but I think I got it but am waiting to put it into production when I can get linkpoint working.

I installed the linkpoint package 1.3c and uploaded to appropriate directories including the xxxx.pim file I downloaded from linkpoint, got a merchant account from CardService International, enabled SSL in both the Admin & Includes configure.php ...

I am useing shared SSL so syntax I am using in configure files is https://secure.my########################/~myid
which was provided by by host

Testing with live set in linkpoint module all credit card transactions are declined. I can see them on the linkpoint site and in zencart admin. Linkpoint swears the bank is declining them but I know the bills have been paid and limits have not been exceeded. In zencart Credit Card review I get "Declined SGS-002000: The server encountered an error."

I see in one of the linkpoint help that the order sumbission form url is critical and if a transaction is received from a URL that does not match what is typed into the "Order Submission Form" field the order will automatically be declined.

I currently set this to https://secure.myhost.com/~myid/NewStore/index.php? main_page=checkout_payment.php

Can anyone help? I have coins for coffee just tell me how many gallons you want?
