I have just updated to 1.3.5 and now have the State Drop down menu visible...

My store is based in Japan and so I need to have the different states (actually prefectures) listed. I did a search in Admin / Developers Tool Kit for some US states that are listed in the US State pulldown menu but could not come up with any results, so I do not know where or how to add them...

Can anyone get me up to speed?
